Due to the design of our kitchen we were very limited in choice of fridge/freezers that would fit. We have been very pleasantly surprised at how much we can get I to our new refrigerator. We love that we can move shelves and door storage to suit our needs. The freezer also holds much more than we thought it would so over all we are very happy with this product.

Faulty vegetable drawer.
The rifrigeretor we have purchased is good except the right hand vegetable drawer doesn't open properly. it was like this when it was delivered by Leader and Watt , Feilding and the salesperson said it would free up with use. i'm scared to force it incase it breaks and it hasn't freed up. I am going to go into the shop and see if they can come and look at it and fix it.

New upgrade fits the gap.
The 380L was the next size up from our previous model but fits the gap perfectly. It is easy to open with the recessed handles. The freezer being on the bottom is great and the pull out drawers are a good size, with one drawer suitable for things like pizza or frozen pastry. The extra shelf in the fridge gives a lot of extra storage as does the extra shelf in the door. The veg and fruit storage bins are a good size. Overall we are very happy with our new fridge.

New Fridge Freezer
I have had my new fridge a few weeks and am very pleased with its performance. It is quiet, which is important in my kitchen. I like the recessed door openers; one less thing to bang into. The interior is well designed and am pleased with the two wine holders as i can pkace them wherever i want.

Great customer service and great products
I love Fisher and Paykel products. They last forever and work very well. One issue I had was with the flimsy plastic lid that covers the veggie drawers. However, I asked for a replacement and was sent one with no questions. That's customer service!

A very HAPPY customer
Replacing my 19 year old F & P fridge freezer (which I sold to another happy F & P owner in good going order) I am happy to report that not only does it look fabulous it is so quiet and great to use..All my appliances are F & P and wouldn't consider any other make. I once needed a service person to look at my washing machine I was so pliantly surprised. F & P's website is the best and their service is simply outstanding.

Pretty good fridge overall
I love the many shelf slots so you can have the shelves exactly where they work best for you, and the generous shelving in the door. Much better than comparably-sized fridges from other brands in this regard. I like the fact the freezer door is alarmed, not just the fridge and greatly appreciate that you can disable the door alarm for cleaning. The bottle chill timer has proved useful too. I wouldn't say this fridge is loud but it's definitely not the quietest and makes random funny noises from time to time. I wish the fruit and veg bins weren't on the roller frame, it's unnecessary and the bins could be bigger without the rollers. I also wish the two small freezer drawers were one large one and there was a simple shelf like in our previous decades-old F&P rather than the central freezer tray as again, this would create more space. But overall I feel it was the best on the market for the space we had and am pretty happy with it.

Our previous fridge failed, and within hours, Waiheke Living had this new fridge delivered and the old one taken away. Fridge fitted the existing gap perfectly. Fridge on top also better than previous model. Nice sleek design sits nicely in white kitchen

Fridge Dependency
Purchased new FP Fridge Freezer model
RF402BLPX6 to replace our 22 year old same model which had meet all our needs and performed excellently. Old fridge faulted.We bought new due to age.Then as I had time after new fridge install.I replaced freezer cooling fan in old fridge.It now resides at my sisters house as her other brand fridge died.

The things you can do Online
I brought this unit Online after a F & P technician said my old Unit was defunct.
Very happy with this new unit. I like the deep door shelves that can be adjusted to different heights and the recessed door handles. The best feature is the LED interior light that could easy be used as a room light it is so bright.

Don’t like the pocket door handles as everyone seems to just grab the door and then leave fingerprints all over the front. Also don’t like that if you let the fridge door close a little heavily then the freezer door opens slightly and closes

Nice change from the old white refrigerator with far better controls and nicer shelves.
Missed not having a special egg racks/storage though as we use lots of eggs.

F&P Fridge Freezer reliably working!
Fisher and Paykel never fails to provide service. I have live in New Zealand for 26 years and only used this brand. The fridge freezer works perfectly with the right coldness and preserving the food efficiently with less power usage.

This was the only fridge/freezer in the F&P range that would fit into our limited space and initially I was worried it’d be too small/narrow. But in fact it’s perfect. The vege bins keep the food fresh, I love that I can set them to be for veges or fruit. Also, I love the way the ice trays work - really convenient. Surfaces are easy to wipe down for for spills and like all the F&P fridges, you can shuffle the trays around to suit your needs.

Its a Corker
I bought this to replace the 23 year older version of it. It fit perfectly in the same hole in the cabinetry so thank you F&P for maintaining a standard size. I thought the old one worked fine but this one somehow seems better. The veges last longer and the beer frostier. The freezer compartment is a better layout. Corker.
