Great fridge
We love this fridge. Bigger than what we had but not too big as a 2 person home usually. Love the water dispenser and automatic ice maker. So much easier and convenient. Love the drawer freezer, easy to use. Definitely recommend it.

Top ice maker
Excellent quality fridge freezer. It just fitted our opening but I did not realise it had to protrude slightly to allow the doors to open. Be careful when removing the protective film otherwise you will be left with slithers of plastic around the water dispenser. The ice maker is brilliant and water dispenser is well designed.

My Great Asset
We recently purchased a Fisher and Paykel Active Smart Refrigerator and absolutely love it.
It replaces a very cumbersome, not well designed Whirlpool fridge that came with the property when we bought it
The fridge/ freezer is plumbed in and we love the way the ice is accessed and the small part of the fridge it occupies.
The fridge is easy to clean and very easy to adjust the shelving.
The controls are very easy to work out and we like how you can adjust the temperature on the vegetable bins.
Having an alarm to notify you that the door or freezer compartment isn’t closed properly is a great feature also.
Living in Central Otago where this Summer we have had temperatures over 30 degrees many days the filtered cold water and ice cubes have been fantastic.
We love the ease of the drawer system in the freezer also.
We have had Fisher and Paykel ovens before but never a refrigerator. We have always found Fisher and Paykel appliances to be absolutely reliable and would have no hesitation recommending any of their products.
We love our new, sleek , quiet fridge / freezer

Avoid this fridge
Do not, do not, do not buy this product! We have been forced to buy this particular fridge freezer due to the space available where it fits. It has poor build quality and a cheap feel to the product. At this price point, it is an absolute waste of your hard-earned money. At nearly twice the price of competing brands, you will have buyers remorse.

Extremely happy with our new fridge - good looking and quiet.
Only one minor issue, we are used to just flicking the door closed - on this new model, it stops at about 90% closed and you have to remember to close completely - butf you forget, the BEEP BEEP reminds you - habbits I guess

Great Fridge, doors uneven
There is more force required to close the left hand door than the right hand door which means that im constantly finding myself leaving it open. The older fridge it replaced required teh same amount of force to close both doors. Other than that, its a great fridge.
