Series 7 Dish Drawer.
Back in 2007, we bought two DS6031 dish drawers, which have given 17 years of service. One started to leak, so we decided to replace it with the Series 7, which is the same size and fits in the space perfectly. So far, it has worked flawlessly. It has a few modifications to the previous model, which I like. Being able to fold down one line of holders is good, and the fold-down side brackets are sturdier.

Problems with durability
A good basic dishwasher but I am disappointed with its lack of robustness. I had to replace my previous one as the pump failed and the plastic rack holders had already broken.

Is bigger better?
I find the unit a bit small for larger pudding bowls and coffee cups. I should have gone for the deeper option. The Eco wash is very long but with a rinse the medium wash does a good job. We had our first unit turn up with a damaged front which f&p replaced without much delay.

Ideal for a small household. Good programmes
We've always liked the dishdrawer, ir replaces the previous model that we bought 22 years ago. It suits the two of us and we use it every 3 days. The layout is similar to the old one but don't think it is quite so versatile. We like the front controls and display and it is fairly quiet.

Looks Great!
Aesthetically very pleasing but doesn’t actually make the cutlery as shiny as our previous, older model DishDrawer. Also, the cutlery holder is annoying with the individual partitions for cutlery rather than an open compartment.

Dishdrawer is great, however I bought it online on the last day of their sale. A few days later when I went to Christchurch to pick it up they had the same product on another sale almost $100 cheaper. Very disappointing, and I will shop elsewhere in future

The best thing we've bought for our little retirement unit. The Single dish drawer is the perfect size for two people and fits neatly into a small kitchen space. Stacking is easy and keeps the benchtops tidy. Very quiet and economical to run, can't believe we've never had one before and would recommend to anyone downsizing.
