Good product
Good product. Good performance. Great space. Only problem is that all controls are inside and not possible to see if the cycle is still on or not. If you not close enough to hear the sound you would not if the wash finished or not.

Perfect for our small house
We are very happy with it. It is easy to install and operate and is very quiet. We mainly use the Fast cycle (after manually rinsing dirty items) to reduce power use.

After having our dish drawer for a few months now I think I can give a thorough review of the product.
Firstly we love the modern and sleek look of the dish drawer in our newly renovated kitchen. The dish drawer compliments the other six Fisher & Paykel items we purchased but unfortunately we weren’t able to receive the benefits of the cash back offer for the dish drawer as it wasn’t in stock when we purchased the other five items. Another reason why we selected a dish drawer instead of the usual dishwasher was because of the pull out drawer function, meaning that people could still walk past when opened.
As a family of three we usually turn our dish drawer on before heading off to bed for the night. The quiet sound feature was a bonus when having our baby as it doesn’t disturb any of our sleep or the little sleep we do get. If we have forgotten to turn on our dish drawer but we have already put in the cleaning tablet we are able to get the drawer switched on with the help of the app making it accessible from anywhere at any time.
On the contrary we would prefer for there to be a better drying setting as a lot of our containers come out still wet which we then need to put in our rack to dry. We also found that our dishes didn’t clean properly on the fast cycle which means we can only use the medium cycle which takes over two hours to complete. In saying that we will try different dishwashing tablets to see if that helps when using the other cycles.

I love my single Dish drawer. It is so practical, efficient and quiet and being at waist height, no bending down. The dark colour is Elegant and compliments my kitchen.

Not for Everyone
This is the fourth "Tall" dishdrawer I have had. The first two I purchased in 2011 when I was building a new house. One for the kitchen and one for the pantry. They were earlier models and I would say they were better than the ones on the market today and if I recall they were slightly deeper. I say this because this current one and the one before this purchased in 2018 have frustrated me because when the wash is completed the drying cycle and turns off and you open the dishdrawer there is a accumulation of water around the top of the drawer itself. Apart from that nuisance I much prefer a tall dishdrawer as I live on my own and I am older so there is no bending down to place the items inside and retrieve them when washed.
