Happy with this dryer!
After using the laundromat, this does as good a job from the convenience of home. Replaced an old 5kg dryer with this and the size difference is noticeable for family of 4 size loads. The shoe rack looks interesting, not tested yet.

One out of the box!
Big improvement on previous F&P we had and expect a good run out of this one too. Easy to use and a choice of settings for all types of fabrics. Seems efficient on power usage too

1st Choice because of this brand being so reliable
A good reliable brand. Great variety of drying programmes to choose from. Both Auto and manual programmers to choose from. Does not over dry cloths but extra dry is a choice. Auto dry is only about 40 mins but depending on the quantity of your load. Big may be longer. Our old F&P dryer lasted 20 plus years.

Great value for money
Great dryer and so far have found it doesn't seem to tangle up clothes. Only down side I have found is that when on auto it seems to leave the clothes a little bit damp sometimes so they need an extra bit to finish them off. I have my dryer in a huge basement garage so no problems with ventilation either.

Fisher & Paykel 7kg 10 Program Sensor Vented Dryer
Great to have a larger capacity dryer. Seems to work well. We have hung it on the wall above the washing machine where our last Fand P dryer was. Being a bigger dryer than our last I have add to add a step stool to be able to reach the back of it but no problem.

Good overall
Overall a good dryer and handles standard loads of clothes well, but larger items such as sheets and long tablecloths can get rolled into a ball which then bounces around the drum, and takes a long time to dry. The alternative is to stop the dryer every 10 minutes or so to unwrap the 'ball' Perhaps a variable rotation speed could help with this.
Easy to invert the control panel for hanging the dryer on the wall.
