Very quiet. Like the Normal wash cycle of 58 minutes. One thing I did not know from my research that this only has a cold water inlet. Which is ok as we have Infinite gas for water, so no wasting hot water. Machine doesnt seem to take long to heat the water to warm (if selected).

An outstanding washing machine!
Bought this on the fly for our family, and am honestly shocked at how good it is. One month in and there’s no turning back. Washes our clothes exceptionally. So many features. Easy to clean and maintain. And the wifi/app feature is so handy. A great bonus is the way it connects to our Sonos sound system and tells us when the load cycle is complete. So happy!!

We haven’t had a new washing machine in over a decade and wow, what an upgrade! We actually used a second hand washing machine which was 20 years old!
Love all the settings and love how quiet it is! Also love the quick 30 min wash for tea towels annd small jobs. Also love the bulky setting, we can wash pillows etc.
Our old washing machine left odours on our towels and this machine has a “sanitise” setting, which took away the odour miraculously!!
Really stoked with our pick!

Fantastic Washer
I've been using a Fisher & Paykel washing machine for several months now, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my home. I chose it for its reputation and have been impressed by its performance. The large drum capacity is perfect for tackling family-sized loads, and the SmartDrive™ technology makes it surprisingly quiet—great for open-plan living spaces. I love how intuitive the controls are; it’s easy to select the right cycle, and the quick wash option has been a lifesaver for last-minute laundry. It’s also eco-friendly, which was a big selling point for me, as it uses less water and energy than my old machine. The steam cycle is an excellent feature for handling delicate fabrics or allergen removal. While it was a bit of an investment upfront, it’s been worth every penny for the reliability, convenience, and efficiency it offers.

It has plenty presets and allows us to add garments mid wash if needed and has connectivity to the mobile app to tell us how long a wash had and when it completes which is a great addition to the non-smart machines we've had prior.

Handy features
Super quiet even with a full load spinning at 1400 rpm. Still brand new but does a great job at getting things clean. Mostly use the everyday cycle but have done a heavy soil load (great results) and a bulky items load. Also loving the WiFi connectivity. Never forget that a load is ready to take out as the washer will notify me via the App even when I'm out of the house. Can also check on the cycle progress from anywhere. And it looks great!

Brilliant Machine
F&P have delivered some great improvements with this machine. Having owned a predecessor with similar functionality I can report that the noise levels when in operation is significantly reduced. Additional wash modes ensure that water and power isn’t wasted. Connectivity allows for advice direction your device that a cycle is complete. Aesthetically the machine doesn’t deviate from a winning formula and allowed it to be paired against a slightly older FP dryer, but without detracting at all. Highly recommend.

Found this to be a really good quality piece of kit, very quiet with all the bells and whistles on could want. If you kind yourself upgrading, the decision to go with the 10KG for a family of four has been a good one. Top to Front- adjust and save
Adjusting from a top to front loader- only complaint would be it’s harder to fill as have to bend over, also I used to put the water from condenser dryer into my top loader to save water and it’s a bit difficult with front loader- but it definitely saves water anyway and power- clothes seem dryer after a load so faster to dry in dryer- love it really.

Replaced my whirlpool front loader that died after 14months with fisher & Pykel and I must say this washing machine is brilliant washes my clothes with no trouble at all also love the fact that you can change the spin speed . I can even wash my queen size doona which is a plus.much quieter than my old machine , I was so impressed my friend and sister have now purchased the same machine and they are both impressed.
